The wheels of progress can sometimes feel like they move slowly.  That is certainly true when it comes to downtown development in a small community.  That’s why it’s so important to point out success stories when they happen!  And success is exactly what has begun as ITM moves into their new facility on Main Street in Coshocton.

ITM is a contact center services company that assists companies from all over the country with both outgoing and incoming calls.  They have been located in another location in Coshocton and looked at the move to Main Street as the perfect opportunity to grow.  The move gives ITM a facility of 30,000 square feet…and a chance to grow into it.

Director of Business Development & Operations, Chris Criner said the facility currently has approximately 65 employees and could ramp up to as many as 110 this fall.

“It allows a great opportunity for growth,” Criner said.

The announcement of the move came nearly a year ago and renovations have been extensive.  The building ITM has taken over was the former Civic Hall and is situated right across from the Coshocton County Courthouse.  At Ohio’s Heart, we wanted to celebrate the investment in the region and give you an inside look into the new facility.

Local leadership is excited too!  Coshocton County Port Authority Executive Director Tiffany Swigert said, “We are so excited to welcome ITM and their employees to the heart of our downtown, Main Street!  The leadership at ITM has shown a great desire and love of Coshocton and its people by purchasing and renovating the 331 Main Street building.  Certainly the million dollar renovation brings great excitement to our economic health, but having these employees in our downtown, being served by the ancillary businesses brings a much greater value than we can imagine.  This investment is a catalyst for downtown development.”
